What is a Retainer Agreement
“Retainer Agreement” is a written contract between the immigration consultant and the client for the provision of immigration and/or citizenship services. It’s mandatory, a licensed immigration consultant must enter into a written Retainer Agreement with the client before any immigration or citizenship consulting services are provided. The consultant will prepare a Retainer Agreement to state all Requirements, Expectations, Conditions, Fees, Taxes, and list of Services rendered to in exchange for the professional fee. The government fees in connection with your application is not included in professional fee. This Agreement will be terminated upon completion of tasks identified under the agreement.
